Details:

On November 30,201, the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued two stop-work orders on two residences in Beit Ummar.

Citizen Abu Daiyeh asserted that a vehicle relative to Israel Civil Administration accompanied by an army patrol raided the area of Safa and issued the orders in the location, hanging them on the walls of the houses. The Patrol took photos of the place before they had left, witnesses said.

The order said that the structures were built before acquiring proper permits and that a hearing session will be held in Beit El Military Court on December 15,2014  to decide on whether to demolish the structure or return to the status quo.

The orders targeted the following:

The house of citizen Za'al Abu Daiyeh: it is an unroofed house- walls and pillars- of 270m2 . The house construction started in 2014 to be home for 3 members.

The house of citizen Muneer Ikhlayeil: it is a three story house of 300m2  in area . The house construction started in 2014 to be home for 12 members including 2 minors.
